Monitoring
Every watt, accounted for.
Every system we install comes with live monitoring. See on your phone what your roof is making, what your home is using and how full the battery is, right now.
- Live
- power moving between roof, home, battery and grid as it happens
- The bell curve
- a clear day draws one: up with the sun, a peak at midday, gone by dusk. We never tire of it
- Above and below the line
- what the roof made and where it went; what your home used and where it came from

“Company was great to deal with. Least pushy of all the ones I spoke to, but best price and detailed quotes. Did research before our conversation about our address using maps which impressed me. Everyone was great.”

Could not dream of better service!
“Every interaction with each member of the Primero team was helpful and considerate. From sales to planning to installment, each person knew their stuff and got the job done! Quoting process was transparent and patient, never pushy or unreasonable, and each step was thoroughly explained. Every on-site meeting was punctual and polite. The installation team worked quickly and left nothing behind other then beautifully installed panels! I could not be more impressed and pleased with our choice.”

Primero will listen to you
“Very happy with everything from quoting to after sales service. … Very flexible in their approach and answered all my questions. … On the day of installation the team was punctual and efficient. Power was only off for a short amount of time which was impressive given the amount of switchboard reconfiguration required.”

Fantastic service throughout
“Prompt communication, understood and catered to our needs. Very fast at organising installation and followed through with paper work very efficiently. Still answered our calls and enquiries promptly even after installation and payment. Very happy with Primero Solar.”

Quote and Installation
“Primero was the only one to give a quote which took into account a tree at the front of the house. There is no requirement to trim it. The installation was delayed by the weather. The installation was done well and quickly and how the system works explained in easy to understand way. I could not be happier”

Went well
“The sales team were helpful and persistent during application for govt rebates. Installation team were professional and friendly, did the job in good time and, as far as we know, broke zero tiles. They set up the app for the inverter and showed clearly how to work it. Customer service will arrange for required inspection.”

Professional and Friendly Service
“The initial salesmen was very friendly and informative. He was very accommodating as I had particular requests after being informed about what I needed from previous quotations from other companies. I had to be away for work for the installation day but my wife said they were very friendly, polite and informative. I made a thorough inspection of the roof once I returned and the roof was spotless no damage hiding anywhere, seemed like a very professional job had been done.”

Primero, a great organisation to deal with.
“Primero is a professional organisation and was an absolute joy to deal with. To me the whole solar process dealing with Primero was easy and stress free. … The team did all the work, in providing my energy company all the required certificates to enable me to connect to the grid. The solar app, I must admit becomes a bit addictive, but I'm sure that will settle down over time!”
SolarQuotes review
“The crew at Primero were happy to answer all our question even when we went back with multiple queries. On the day of installation the team were amazing - courteous, professional and as we now know from the inspector they did a wonderful job. Also two of our neighbours who saw the installation team (and are currently looking to install solar) asked for details of the company involved as they could see the efficient and professional way that they went about their job.”
